Apto was created in 2012 by experienced commercial real estate brokers. It all began when our founders started looking around for a better CRM solution to use—one that was flexible, mobile, simple-to-use and customized for commercial real estate.

When their search yielded nothing but disappointment, they were inspired to build their own software to manage the full lifecycle of a deal. And Apto was born. Now, brokerages of all sizes rely on our software to cultivate more profitable client relationships, make smarter business decisions, and efficiently manage their operations.
